1 injured in blaze at South Toledo residence

At least one person was injured late Friday in a South Toledo house fire, authorities said.

The fire was reported at 4141 Hill Ave. just after 9 p.m.

All of the occupants escaped, and Toledo firefighters arrived to find the front of the house ablaze.

One occupant, an apparent burn victim, was taken by Life Squad to Mercy St. Vincent Medical Center.

A name and condition for the victim were not available late Friday.

The one-story house has been owned since 2011 by Louisville Title Agency for Northwest Ohio Inc. Trustee, according to Lucas County auditor records.
