Bowling Green’s civil service commission has a new slate of officers for 2014.
Colleen Smith, who has served since 2002, was elected chairman; John Cheetwood, a member since 1996, was re-elected vice chairman, and Andy Newlove, who joined the panel in 2009, was named recording secretary.
