High water closes BG Community Center

BOWLING GREEN  -- Because of high water levels on Newton Road, the Bowling Green Community Center is closed.

City officials said today that the water is high between Haskins and Brim roads, blocking access to the center.

There is no anticipated time for the center to reopen.
