BOWLING GREEN — A former Wood County Park District ranger who admitted to secretly videotaping women while they changed clothes in park facilities was released Tuesday after serving 10 months in prison.

Wood County Common Pleas Judge Robert Pollex granted judicial release for John T. Millinger, 28, of Maumee.

Last year, Millinger pleaded guilty to 11 counts of voyeurism, three counts of theft in office, and one count of tampering with evidence for the incidents in 2011. He was sentenced to 52 months in prison and ordered to forfeit an iPod Touch and a MacBook computer used to commit the crimes.

Judge Pollex placed him on community control for three years, ordered him to perform 150 hours of community service, maintain employment, and complete mental health counseling.
