Part of Cass Road in Toledo closed by gas leak

Part of Cass Road in southwest Toledo was closed Wednesday morning because of a gas leak.

The leak occurred near Laurentide Lane, which is north of Heatherdowns Boulevard. City officials expected Cass to remain closed until mid-afternoon.

The closest alternative is Reynolds Road between Ryan Road and Heatherdowns.
