County dog pound to be closed Monday

The Lucas County Canine Care and Control offices will be closed Monday for a routine winter cleaning.

Staff will complete a preventive and deep cleaning to help ward off disease.

Officers will remain on the road for stray and dangerous dogs during this time. Employees will also answer calls to the office.
