Passer-by finds noose hanging from bleachers at Start High School

Toledo police are investigating a report that a noose was seen hanging from the bleachers at Start High School, according to Toledo Public Schools.

A TPS spokesman said a person walking Friday morning in Bowman Park called police after seeing a noose hanging from the bleachers at the high school’s football field. That matter is being investigated by the Toledo Police Department, in consultation with the school district.
