Toledo, Toledo-Lucas County Port Authority and others have commissioned a study on downtown parking.

Parking in downtown Toledo, including at meters, free areas along streets, and in surface lots and garages, is the subject of a public online study commissioned by the city, the Toledo-Lucas County Port Authority, and other public authorities.

“The intent of the study is to better understand parking supply and preferences at various times throughout the week so that future demand can be satisfied,” ConnecToledo Downtown Development Corp. said in a statement announcing the survey’s posting.

“Public input is critical. Whether you travel to downtown frequently or seldom, please take the time to complete this short survey,” ConnecToledo wrote.

The survey will be open through July 26 at connectoledo.org/parking-survey/. Results will be updated and combined with the On-Street Study completed last year.

ConnecToledo also plans to “conduct face-to-face surveys with the public at various locations in downtown throughout July,” the agency said.
