Former BGSU officer pleads guilty to theft in office

BOWLING GREEN – A former Bowling Green State University police officer pleaded guilty Monday to theft in office for stealing $160.

Shellie Mack, 41, of Toledo is to be sentenced Jan. 22 by Wood County Common Pleas Judge Reeve Kelsey.

Mack worked for the BGSU police department from January, 2002, until Sept. 22, 2016, when she resigned. The theft occurred at work Sept. 3, 2016.
