Chihuahua, black and gray male, unlicensed; veterinarian recommended euthanasia/​quality of life (snapping and intolerant of handling, coughing frequently, severe heart murmur and irregular heart rhythm, weak and wobbly, low oxygen levels, advanced heart disease or heart failure); stray taken to shelter Oct. 20 by Brittney Conklin, Brownlee Drive, Toledo, from the 400 block of South Reynolds Road, Toledo.
