St. Francis de Sales High School personnel and students offer a group blessing to the school's hockey team before leaving for the state tournament last season. The school has named a new leader for its Salesian Leadership Initiative.

Dustin Baughman will lead St. Francis de Sales School’s Salesian Leadership Initiative, a faith-based program that provides leadership training through the lens of the spirituality of St. Francis de Sales.

He is a 2003 Perrysburg High School graduate and 2008 graduate of Bowling Green State University, where he received his bachelor’s degree in education. He completed his master’s degree in education at Ashland University and has been an intervention specialist for the Columbus Schools. He has also been a youth pastor in Columbus and Perrysburg.
