Governor makes appointments to Ohio Rail Development Commission

COLUMBUS — Dean J. Hempfling, of Delphos, was recently appointed by Gov. John Kasich to the Ohio Rail Development Commission through Oct. 20, 2021.

The commission promotes improvements to the state’s rail transportation network to move goods and people.

The governor also reappointed Deminique Heiks, of Toledo, and Kendra J. Kec, of Whitehouse, to the Governor’s Council on Juvenile Justice through Oct. 31, 2020.

Sylvania chiropractor Mickey E. Frame, of Sylvania, has been appointed to the State Chiropractic Board through Nov. 1, 2021.
