Stacy Lewis completed her final round of the Marathon Classic with a 7-under par 64 to move into a three-way tie for seventh.
Lewis completed the four-round tournament with a score of 275. The Toledo-born golfer birdied seven of the 18 holes, including the 12th, 13th, 15th and 17th holes, today at Highland Meadows Golf Club in Sylvania. Lewis is currently tied with 2012 tournament champion So Yeon Ryu and Lexi Thompson.
"I don't know where it came from," said Lewis, who started the day tied for 33rd. "I worked on my putting for a couple hours yesterday and I guess I found something that made it click, but it was easy. I left three or four on the edge and it was just a really nice day. I was glad to give the Lew Crew something to cheer about and to go out on a high note."
Beatriz Recari and Paula Creamer remain tied for the lead with seven holes remaining for each.
