Former OSU, UM players trade barbs on Twitter

  • COLUMBUS – Apparently disliking one’s rival does not end with graduation.

    While the current players have mostly avoided bulletin-board material for Saturday’s game between Ohio State and Michigan, former players had no reservations with throwing barbs on Twitter.

    It started with a video from the two sides’ 2013 game, during which there was nearly a fight in the pregame tunnel.

    Former Michigan defensive back Jourdan Lewis chimed in, saying he was ready to fight:

     

    Then a pair of former Buckeyes, Cardale Jones and Curtis Samuel invited themselves into the conversation. Not surprisingly, both brought up Ohio State’s record of recent success, having won 13 of 15, including the aforementioned game in 2013.

     

     

    The Game is once per year, but bragging rights are for every day – even if you’re in the NFL.
