Toledo women's golfer Kawil achieves school record score

University of Toledo senior women’s golfer Pimchanok Kawil shot a school-record score of 8-under-par 208 on the way to a third-place finish Sunday at the Bettie Lou Evans Invitational.

Kawil shot a UT-record 7-under 65 in Saturday’s second round before finishing with a round of 70.

Toledo finished tied for sixth of 12 teams at the three-day event hosted by the University of Kentucky. UT’s Pinyada Kuvanun placed ninth at 1-under 215.
