Thousands of stuffed animal were thrown onto the ice after the Walleye’s Dylan Sadowy scored a goal in Saturday’s game. The animals are being donated to various groups in Toledo helping children in times of crisis. 3,160 stuffed animals were collected from the game, according to Rob Wiercinski, a communications manager for the Walleye.
