Dominiak eyeing ninth City of Toledo Singles Championship

Todd Dominiak will compete for his ninth career title in the City of Toledo Singles Championship today after advancing with a 6-2, 7-6 win over Bob Cook in yesterday's semifinal at Toledo Tennis Club.

Dominiak will face second seed James O'Connell, a 6-0,

6-2 winner over Derek Than, at 3 p.m. today.

The women's final between Kelly O'Connell and Joellen Kaufman is scheduled for 1 p.m.

O'Connell bested Stacy Jurich 6-1, 6-0 in the semifinals, while Kaufman defeated Cindy Yonker 4-6, 7-5, 6-0.
