Schedel Gardens hosts Summer Exhibit II

The Trellis Gallery at Schedel Arboretum and Gardens,19255 West Portage River Rd., Elmore, Ohio, presents Summer Exhibit, Part II through Oct. 1. The display features 15 artists who have painted scenes inspired by the Schedel Gardens: Paul Brand, Jim Brower, Joe Boyles, Pete Beckmann, Walter Chapman, John Cook, Milo Danzeisen, Tom Durnford, Rick Dziak, Larry Golba, Robert Martin, Hugh McCulley, Merv Russell, John Trumbull, and Jim White. Also included are ceramics by Tom Marino and a selection of hand blown glass flowers by John Sutton. Hours are 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday-Saturday and noon to 4 p.m. Sunday. Fenwick Gallery, 7638 West Central Ave., presents Motorized Legends through Sept. 11. The exhibit by Lisa Prusinski and Michael Goettner includes art of cycles, planes, cars, and florals. Hudson Gallery, 5577 Monroe St., Sylvania, presents New Artists/Recent Work, a collection of paintings, prints, and glass from seven artists represented by the gallery for the first time. They are Jean Gumpper, a Colorado print maker; Chicago artists James Manos and George Turner; local artists Constandena Mandros and Carol Imes-Luscombe, California artist Caleb Siemon, and Pennsylvania artist Ed Kachurik. The Toledo Artists' Club Gallery in Toledo Botanical Garden, 5403 Elmer Dr., presents its Aquatic/Marine Show through Aug. 19.
