An exhibit of Sylvania artist Craig Fisher’s work, Etched in Salt, will be on display in the Perrysburg Municipal Building through Oct. 15.

Mr. Fisher’s salt etchings begin as drawings that he transfers to copper plate.

His complex images include organic matter such as insects and converge with everyday articles such as springs, switches, and turbines.

The exhibit features 21 works.

Mr. Craig’s art career began more than three decades ago. He has worked as a graphic designer, art director, and commercial illustrator, and is employed as a medical illustrator.

The municipal building’s hours are from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
