The Toledo-made extended-wheelbase Jeep Wrangler will be priced starting at $24,995, including destination, DaimlerChrysler AG announced yesterday.
The 2004 1/2 Wrangler Unlimited is 15 inches longer than the model it is based on, the Wrangler Sport, which has a starting price of $21,930 with destination. The Unlimited has two more inches of back seat leg room and 13 more inches of cargo room. Other Wrangler models start at $16,880 for the SE and $25,695 for the Rubicon.
The Unlimited is expected to be widely available at dealership lots in April.
