Cooper Tire’s Miss. plant ratifies 4-year union deal
2/18/2012FINDLAY -- Cooper Tire & Rubber Co. said Friday that union workers at its facility in Clarksdale, Miss., have ratified a four-year contract.
The workers are members of United Steelworkers Local 556L.
About 1,050 hourly employees at Cooper’s plant in Findlay have been locked out since late November, when union membership rejected what the company called its last best offer.
