3 free charging stations for EVs placed at BGSU
7/19/2012BOWLING GREEN -- Three free charging stations for electric vehicles are up and running on the Bowling Green State University campus. The locations are in addition to three stations downtown.
The stations were paid for with a grant from Clean Fuels Ohio and the U.S. Department of Energy. The BGSU Green Initiatives Fund covered the matching portion of the grant.
The stations are in parking lot 8 (behind Falcon Heights residence hall), parking lot E (across from Bowen-Thompson Student Union on Thurstin Street), and parking lot 20 (just south of the BGSU Welcome Center).
