Falcons on target in win over Miami

BOWLING GREEN - Bowling Green defeated Miami 9-4 in a fast and furious offensive shootout.

Three players scored two goals for the Falcons - Greg Day, Ryan Wetterberg, and Ryan Minnabarriet.

Tyler Masters was in goal for BG, making 26 saves on 30 shots.

The Falcons improved to 2-5-2 overall and 2-4-1 in the CCHA, while Miami suffered its first league loss, dropping to 5-3-1 and 3-1-1.

The two teams will face off again tonight at 7 in Bowling Green.
