BOWLING GREEN - D'Arcy McConvey scored an even-strength goal in overtime after Tyler Knight tied things up with less than two minutes left in regulation, giving Bowling Green a 3-2 win over Michigan State yesterday.
Knight's goal, assisted by McConvey and Chris Pedota, came at 18:06 of the third period.
Michigan State (5-6-0, 3-4-0 Central Collegiate Hockey Association) took a 2-1 lead at 16:05 of the third on an even-strength goal by Jim Slater.
Matt Migliaccio had 30 saves for Michigan State. Jordan Sigalet stopped 29 shots for Bowling Green (3-8-1, 1-7-1).
