BOWLING GREEN -Ryan Minnabarriet scored two goals to lead Bowling Green State University to a 3-2 victory over Michigan State last night at the BG Ice Arena.
The Falcons improved to 6-12-6, 4-9-3 in the Central Collegiate Hockey Association. The Spartans are 13-12-1, 9-6-1.
Minnabarriet opened the scoring in the first period.
The Falcons led 2-0 in the second after Erik Eaton s goal, before MSU s Ash Goldie tallied.
Minnabarriet gave BG a 3-1 lead at 9:44 in the third and Goldie scored again for the Spartans at 12:24.
BG s Jordan Sigalet made 40 saves. MSU s Dominic Vicari stopped 16 shots.
