BOWLING GREEN Bowling Green State University s game against
Ferris State last night at the BG Ice Arena was stopped after one period for safety reasons.
After a scoreless first period, a line below the ice surface was hit while drilling a hole for the nets. As coolant continued to come
up through the ice, the game had to be stopped.
The game will be rescheduled and resume in the second period.
As scheduled, the Falcons and Ferris will play in Big Rapids, Mich., tomorrow, starting at 7:05 p.m.
