• BGSU notes: The Falcons have an opportunity to regain some confidence in this nonconference home game against an opponent that hasn t beaten a MAC team in five tries this season. BGSU post players Erik Marschall and Matt Lefeld will look to rebound from a bad shooting performance against Akron on Tuesday, when they combined to go 3-of-16 from the floor and inside the lane.

• WSU notes: The Raiders and the Falcons have not played each other since Dec. 10, 1997, a Wright State win. BGSU leads the overall series 5-4. Wright State, third in the Horizon League, has three scorers averaging double figures, led by junior guard DaShaun Wood. Wood s 18.3 points per game is second in the conference.

• On deck: Play host to Kent State at 7 p.m. Tuesday.

• Records: Eastern Michigan is 17-6, 11-1 MAC; Toledo is 9-13, 4-8.

• UT notes: With only two home games remaining in regular season, this one and a date against Northern Illinois Wednesday, Rockets are in must-win mode if they hope to land a home game in the first round of conference tournament. Junior Danielle Bishop s fourth point tonight will be the 1,00th of her career.

• BGSU notes: The Falcons will try to keep their 16-game home winning streak, third longest in the country, intact against a team they beat by 27 points in their first meeting on Jan. 10. BGSU broke its recent habit of first-half slumps by scoring the first 13 points of the game against Akron. BGSU averages 70.1 points a game and no one has scored 70 points on the Falcons all year.

• Buffalo notes: The Bulls hope to use momentum gained from snapping a seven-game losing streak on Tuesday with a one-point win over Miami. Sophomore forward Heather Turner shoots 62 percent from the floor in leading Buffalo with 13.8 points and eight rebounds a game.
