BOWLING GREEN – Kent State overcame a 12-point halftime deficit to upend Bowling Green State University 75-69 in a Mid-American Conference tilt Wednesday night at Anderson Arena.
The Falcons, who entered the game 9-3 on their home court this season, were outscored 49-31 in the second half.
Furthermore, BG owned a 9-2 record when leading at the half.
Otis Polk paced the Falcons (14-13, 6-8 MAC) with 21 points and nine rebounds.
Justin Greene scored a game-high 25 points for the Golden Flashes (21-8, 11-3 MAC), who avenged a loss to the Falcons earlier this season.
