BGSU baskeball gets verbal commitment from Canton Timken student

For the second time in as many days the Bowling Green State University men's basketball team received a verbal commitment from a member of the Canton Timken High School program.

Desmond Rorie, a 6-9 post player, will join teammate Jehvon Clarke as Falcons next year. Rorie told the BG coaching staff Monday that he would sign with the Falcons during the early signing period next month.

Rorie has started for Canton Timken the past two seasons and averaged roughly four points, six rebounds and five blocks per game last season.
