BOWLING GREEN -- The Bowling Green Falcons fell to the Ohio University Bobcats in the final seconds of Wednesday night's game with a field goal from Ohio's Matt Weller.
After halftime, the Falcons made the score 28-19 with a touchdown from Eugene Cooper off a 3 yard pass from quarterback Matt Schilz, followed by a field goal from Stephen Stein.
But the Bobcats answered nearly two minutes later with a touchdown from Tyler Tettleton, and field goal from Weller.
The loss puts the Falcons record at 4-7, 2-5 in the Mid-American Conference.

BOWLING GREEN -- The Bowling Green State University football team took a 21-19 lead into the fourth quarter of its game against Ohio University at Doyt Perry Stadium Wednesday.
The Bobcats, who led 16-14 at halftime, got a 49-yard field goal by Matt Weller with 11:18 in the period. But the Falcons responded with a nine-play, 69-yard drive that was capped by a 3-yard TD run by Anthon Samuel with 7:38 left in the quarter.
After a missed field goal by Weller later in the quarter, BG drove down to the Falcons' 16 as the quarter ended.

BOWLING GREEN -- The Bowling Green State University football team allowed a pair of field goals in the final 1:27 as Ohio University took a 16-14 halftime lead at Doyt Perry Stadium Wednesday.
The Bobcats took advantage of a Matt Schilz fumble to drive 37 yards, and Matt Weller kicked a 39-yard field goal with 1:27 left in the period. Schilz then threw an interception that was returned 81 yards to the BG 12 with just 2.1 seconds left, and Weller kicked a 24-yard field goal on the final play of the half.
Schilz and Kamar Jorden hooked up for a 6-yard TD pass midway through the second quarter, and Ohio got a 24-yard scoring strike from Tyler Tettleton to LaVon Brazill with 11:51 left in the quarter.

BOWLING GREEN -- The Bowling Green State University football team held a 7-3 lead over Ohio after the first quarter at Doyt Perry Stadium Wednesday.
The Falcons forced a fumble on Ohio's second play from scrimmage and recovered it on the Bobcats' 22. Two plays later Matt Schilz completed a 5-yard pass to Tyler Beck for the touchdown.
Ohio's points came near the end of the quarter when Matt Weller kicked a 31-yard field goal with 2:43 left, capping an 11-play, 58-yard drive.
