Bowling Green State University women's basketball beats Eastern Michigan

YPSILANTI, Mich. -- The Bowling Green State University women's basketball team claimed a 61-47 win over Eastern Michigan at EMU's Convocation Center today.

Bailey Cairnduff finished with a game-high 18 points to lead the Falcons, who improved to 13-6 overall and 4-2 in the Mid-American Conference. Chrissy Steffen scored 12 and Alexis Rogers 11 for BG.

Bianca Cage scored 15 points while Natachia Watkins added 14 for Eastern Michigan (4-15, 2-4 MAC).
