BOWLING GREEN -- The Bowling Green State University women's basketball team defeated Kent State 76-35 in a first-round Mid-American Conference tournament game at the Stroh Center today.

Allison Papenfuss posted a double-double with 13 points and 10 rebounds to lead the Falcons (21-9), who also got 13 points from Alexis Rogers and 10 from Jillian Halfhill.

Tamzin Barroilhet scored 12 points to lead the Golden Flashes (3-27).
