BGSU basketball lands Texas recruit

6-7 forward from Paris Junior College, Delvin Dickerson, signs letter of intent

BOWLING GREEN -- Delvin Dickerson, a 6-7 forward from Paris Junior College in Paris, Texas, has signed a national letter of intent to join the Bowling Green State University men's basketball program next fall.

The Houston native averaged 11.4 points and 4.5 rebounds per game to lead the Dragons to a 26-8 overall record and a 15-4 mark in conference play. Paris J.C. qualified for the National Junior College Athletic Association national tournament but lost in the second round.

Dickerson was named All-Region XIV Conference first team and also was an all-region choice.
