On the Town: Soul food for Little Sisters of the Poor

    The Second Annual Celebrity Chefs night to benefit the Little Sisters of the Poor was May 12 at The Pinnacle.

    The event netted around $55,000, thanks to the sponsors, chefs, committee, and 300 guests. The proceeds benefit the Sacred Heart Home of the Little Sisters of the Poor whose mission is to Care for the Elderly Poor.

    Thirteen priests from the Diocese of Toledo volunteered their culinary talents.: Msgr. Michael Billian, Msgr. Marvin Borger, Msgr. Dennis Metzger, Msgr. William Kubacki, Msgr. Charles Singler, Rev. Ron Olszewski, Rev. Joseph Weigman, Rev. Robert Wilhelm, Rev. Dan Zak, Rev. Eric Schild, Rev. Kent Kaufman, Rev. Dave Cirata and Rev. Chuck Denny.
