Robinson honored

Central Catholic graduate Ryne Robinson.

Central Catholic graduate Ryne Robinson was named the MAC s East Division special teams player of the week.

Robinson, a freshman at Miami, gained 63 yards on five punt returns in the a 33-10 home victory over Bowling Green. Robinson currently averages 16.7 yards per punt return, tops in the MAC and third in the nation.

The award marks the third time in five weeks that Robinson has won the award; he also earned the honor after a win over Buffalo Oct. 11 and at Ball State the following week.
