The upcoming trial dates for two cousins charged in the shooting death of an East Toledo shop owner were rescheduled in Lucas County Common Pleas Court Thursday.

Alexander Osley, 25, of 402 Daniels Ave. and Luis Osley, 26, of 4114 Fairview Drive are each charged with one count of aggravated murder, murder, and aggravated robbery, each with gun specifications. They face up to life in prison if convicted.

The cousins are charged in the Dec. 10 slaying of William L. Carswell, who operated an East Toledo resale shop with his brother.

At the request of the attorneys, Judge Ruth Ann Franks set an April 11 trial date for Luis Osley and an April 4 trial date for his cousin. They are in the Lucas County jail in lieu of $1.1 million bonds each.
