A Toledo teenager accused of participating in the July 7 armed robbery of a Sylvania Township bank was indicted by a Lucas County grand jury Thursday.

Victor Cheno, 17, was charged with one count each of aggravated robbery, felonious assault, and attempt to commit murder, each with a gun and gang specification. If convicted, he faces up to 25 years in prison.

Cheno, who was 16 at the time, is one of four suspects charged in the armed robbery. Last month, he was certified in Juvenile Court to stand trial as an adult.

He is in custody at the Lucas County jail in lieu of a $150,000 bond.

Also charged in the case in Common Pleas Court is Cheno's older brother Martin, 20, of 1715 Parkdale Ave.; Jorge Rojas, 19, of 847 Kingston Ave., and Edgar Ramirez, 19, of 1132 East Central Ave. The four men are to go to trial May 31.
