Pretrial hearing set in monoxide deaths

The landlord of the home where four people died as a result of acute monoxide poisoning appeared for a third time Monday in Lucas County Common Pleas Court.

Steven Snow, 49, of 310 South Ave. is charged with four counts of reckless homicide in connection with the March 22 deaths of Tamara McDaniel, 39, Damien Reyes, 18, Domonique Reyes, 16, and Taralynn Wood, 10. Judge Stacy Cook set a June 6 pretrial hearing. No trial date has been set.

Mr. Snow remains free on a supervised bond. If convicted, he faces up to 20 years in prison.
