A Toledo man who turned himself in to police last week after his family saw him on the most wanted list was indicted by a Lucas County grand jury Wednesday on charges of aggravated murder.
Gerald Banks, 18, is charged with the July 3 shooting death of Marquan McCuin, 18. The victim was shot once in the lung while riding his bicycle just after 1 a.m. in the 1100 block of Gordon Street in central Toledo.
If convicted, Mr. Banks faces up to life in prison. He remains in custody in lieu of $500,000 bond set in Toledo Municipal Court.
