Dad indicted on charges of abusing 4-month-old
8/23/2011A 23-year-old Toledo man charged with inflicting critical injuries to his 4-month-old son was indicted by a Lucas County grand jury Monday.
Jonathan Dominguez of 2137 Stirrup Lane, was charged with endangering children in connection with injuries to his son, Averik. He was arrested Aug. 15 after being questioned, and remains in custody at the Lucas County jail in lieu of a $500,000 bond.
