Judge to review records of alleged rape victim
10/8/2011A Lucas County Common Pleas Court judge will review the psychological and medical records of a 14-year-old developmentally disabled girl who was allegedly kidnapped and raped.
Ricky Jamison, 49, of 4285 Keygate Drive, Apt. 103 is charged with three counts of rape and one count of kidnapping for the abduction of the teen, reported missing for more than 22 hours after being taken from the front yard of her home March 3.
He remains in custody in lieu of $400,000 bond. Mr. Jamison’s attorney filed a motion to compel the state to give the victim’s records to the defense. Attorneys agreed to have Judge Gene Zmuda view the records before a Nov. 10 hearing on the motion.
