For the second time, the results of a psychological examination for a Toledo man claiming not guilty by reason of insanity for attacks on area fire stations was not ready for review in Lucas County Common Pleas Court.

Kevin Wolever, 32, of 801 Nevada St., is charged with two counts of improperly discharging a firearm into a habitation and one count each of aggravated arson and felonious assault for three incidents in September. The son of former fire Chief Mike Wolever, the younger Mr. Wolever faces up to 48 years in prison if convicted. He remains in custody in lieu of $300,000 bond. His attorney filed a plea of not guilty by reason of insanity in October. Judge Linda Jennings set a Jan. 11 hearing to review the issue.

Mr. Wolever is accused of leaving an incendiary device outside Station 18, 5221 Lewis Ave., and shooting at Station 6, 642 Starr Ave., twice, injuring a firefighter in one incident.
