The trial date for a Toledo man charged with the 2009 murder of a woman whose body was found in an abandoned warehouse has been delayed until April 23.

Elhadi Robbins, 46, is charged with two alternate counts of murder for the death of Cindy Sumner, 21, whose body was found in a vacant warehouse on Elm Street six weeks after she was reported missing in August, 2009.

Robbins appeared in Lucas County Common Pleas Court Monday before Judge Myron Duhart.
