Rossford man pleads guilty to having sex with 2 teens
2/1/2012BOWLING GREEN — A Rossford man pleaded guilty Tuesday to eight counts of sexual battery for incidents involving two teen-age boys.
Larry N. Scott, 56, of 10 Santus Dr., is to be sentenced on the charges —all third-degree felonies — March 22 by Wood County Common Pleas Judge Robert Pollex.
Scott had been indicted by a Wood County grand jury on 16 counts of sexual battery but entered his pleas in an agreement with prosecutors.
According to the indictment, Scott engaged in sexual conduct with a 15-year-old boy in 1995 and 1996 and with another boy who was 14 and 15 at the time of the incidents in 2009 and 2010.
