Man, 18, arraigned for central city shooting

An 18-year-old man was arraigned in Toledo Municipal Court on Friday morning for allegedly shooting another man last weekend.
Keimarkus Woodard, of 916 Oakwood Ave., is being held in the Lucas County jail on one count of aggravated robbery in lieu of a $100,000 bond.
The suspect is accused of shooting Juan Harris, 37, in the leg and robbing him of $300 in the 1400 block of Prospect Avenue on March 24. He was arrested by Toledo police Thursday afternoon.
