A Toledo man charged with shooting three people at a Super Bowl party two days after getting out of jail on bond was indicted Friday by a Lucas County grand jury.

Tremayne Griffin, 21, of 2237 Putnam St., was charged with three counts of felonious assault and one count of discharging a firearm into a habitation, each with gun specifications. The charges relate to a Feb. 5 shooting on Woodland Avenue.

Griffin also is charged with one count of felonious assault with a gun specification for allegedly shooting a man in the chest on Jan. 12. Both cases are pending before Judge Gene Zmuda.

Griffin had posted a $100,000 bond on Feb. 3 in the first case when, two days later, he was suspected of shooting through a front window at 621 Woodland Ave. and injuring three people inside. His bond was reset at $200,000 and he remained in the Lucas County jail Friday night.

He also faces community control violations before Judge Stacy Cook.
