Trial date reset for 2 charged in shooting

Two Toledo brothers charged with a shooting outside a now-shuttered North Summit Street bar were given a new trial date in Lucas County Common Pleas Court on Monday.

Rhaymoun Villolovos, 20, and Richard Villolovos, 22, both of 3460 Rock Ct., are each charged with five counts of felonious assault with a gun specification. Judge Linda Jennings set a May 14 trial date.

Six people were injured in the shootings, which resulted in a Toledo Municipal Court judge ordering that Mugshots bar be closed as a city nuisance.
