South Toledo man faces charges of indecency

A November trial date was set in Lucas County Common Pleas Court for a Toledo man charged with public indecency for incidents that were allegedly witnessed by minors on their way home from school.

Michael McGurk, 46, of 2919 Oxbridge Drive was arrested and charged with public indecency Sept. 21. He pleaded not guilty Tuesday to three counts of public indecency and one count of menacing by stalking and was scheduled a Nov. 13 trial date before Judge Frederick McDonald.

According to the Toledo police investigators, Mr. McGurk was charged for offenses that allegedly occurred in the 1800 block of Nelson Avenue Sept. 10 and in the 900 block of National Avenue on Sept. 11.
