According to documents filed by University of Toledo police in Toledo Municipal Court, the men are accused of having involvement in the Oct. 17 robbery of students Khire Lateef and William Hendricks in the victims' dorm room in Horton International House, 1730 W. Rocket Dr., just before midnight.
Police allege that the three men went into the victims' dorm room, at least one armed with a gun pointed at the victims. The men were given items and then fled, the records state.
Police report having surveillance video that corroborates an "admission" from one of the suspects.
