A Toledo man who admitted destroying automated teller machines on July 24 at Charter One Bank, 602 Main St., and KeyBank, 324 Main St., was sentenced in Lucas County Common Pleas Court this week.

Raymond Marsh, 29, of 517 Whittemore St., pleaded guilty Nov. 19 to two counts of safecracking and one count of vandalism.

Judge Myron Duhart sentenced him to four years of community control and ordered him to pay $11,000 restitution and sign a $30,000 note the banks could use to get a civil judgment against him for the machines’ cost.
